Midnfulness -- It's Not All About Meditation
Mindfulness isn't just meditation. It's staying present in the moment. It's really noticing your surroundings and paying attention to what you're doing. It can be a stroll in the woods while deliberately listening to the birds or the creek, noticing the details of the surrounding flora, or smelling the pine smell or the flowers/flowering bushes.
Unclutter your mind of the turmoil of thoughts and just spend a few minutes being mindful in whatever way you choose. It will make a difference. There are so many ways to be mindful, so I suggest Googling it too. If you're going to stick with me, you're going to hear "Google it" a lot! Google is pretty much my best friend. |
